WHO WE ARE
Amplified Miami is an organization devoted to uniting people in the Greater Miami Area by hosting open mic nights which showcase talented youth musicians in order to raise money for the Little Kids Rock charity organization.
Originally started as a community service club at Gulliver Preparatory School in 2012, Amplified Miami has expanded and evolved into an organization that benefits underprivileged children from all over the world all while showcasing unique talent in distinct Miami venues.
The Founders of Amplified Miami are Daniel Garcia, Brett Gilbert, Daniela Grava, and Daniel Mesko.
Danny Garcia is a music producer and guitar player currently based out of Miami, Florida. Amongst other musical projects, he plays guitar in and produces the Indie Rock band “Thanks” and enjoys designing album covers on the side. He is a big advocate of improving the Miami music scene while helping people in the process, Amplified’s ultimate goal. (Contact: [email protected] / @garciadanny334)
Brett Gilbert is a keyboardist and social entrepreneur who also enjoys playing waterpolo on the side. He is the keyboardist in Indie Rock band “Thanks” and is inspired by giving back to communities and helping people. ([email protected])
Daniela Grava is Amplified Miami’s communications manager and is interested in digital and social media, design, videography and photography. Daniel Mesko is a Drummer, Trombonist and Entrepreneur. He enjoys playing in gigging bands like “Das Phobia” and plays in different Jazz Ensembles. He is a Frank Zappa aficionado who loves to produce live events and is inspired by music on a daily basis. ([email protected])
